This simple cup is made from stoneware clay.
It is 10cm tall and 7cm in diameter.
Made on the potter's wheel with handmade handles, it comfortably holds 250ml, or 300ml when full to the brim.
This cup, perfect for either functional or decorative purposes, has soft dimples from being squeezed by the maker before firing. You can see the speckles and warm tones of the clay beneath the white glaze, as well as dreamy lashings of green from the decorative copper wash used to decorate.
