Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and returns policy:

If you change your mind, we are not required to provide a refund or replacement.

However, you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem. This would be when the item:

  1.  has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item had they known about it
  2.  is unsafe
  3.  is significantly different from the sample or description
  4.  doesn’t do what we said it would, and cannot be easily fixed.

If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time if possible, otherwise you can choose a refund or replacement.

Please keep your proof of purchase – your invoice receipt, and/or email payment confirmation.

Items are shipped using the courier Sendle. If your item arrives damaged, immediately take a photo as proof and send to hello@snakebirddesigns.com to organise a return and refund of your item.  

Warranty:

Due to the fragile nature of ceramic goods, the warranty on items from Snakebird Designs does not extend beyond the period of transportation. If you feel there is a flaw in a non-ceramic good that appears within 3 months contact hello@snakebirddesigns.com and it will be assessed for repair/return/refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
